The hotel is placed in a convenient location near main transportation arteries, but it is still under renovation stages and lacks cleanliness. The rooms are below average due to old doors with improper seals and a broken a/c unit. However, the staff is very courteous and helpful offering accommodating service. The dining options fall short of expectations with limited choices and slow food replenishment.
My stay at the hotel was really pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and very clean, making them quite cozy. The staff, especially Donovan, was friendly and helpful during my extended stay. However, there was an issue with a broken A/C unit in my room. The location was convenient and the facilities were great, though the dining experience was a bit lacking.
The hotel's location is convenient, close to transportation arteries, and overall comfortable. The rooms, although adequate in size, had a peculiar odor on the 3rd floor. The service was a mix of friendly and cold attitudes. The dining options varied from excellent to leaving much to be desired.
